Turning workforce data and behavioural insight into HR decisions that hold up in practice.
I'm a final-year M.Sc. Applied Psychology student specialising in Industrial & Organizational Psychology, with hands-on experience across HR Business Partnering, HR Operations, employee engagement, and people analytics.
What interests me most is the space where people, behaviour, and workplace decisions meet. From developing a conceptual attrition risk framework for a 350-employee workforce to supporting onboarding, engagement, and workforce processes, I've focused on turning behavioural insight into practical HR action.
I'm now building toward a career in HRBP, HR Operations, and People Analytics, with opportunities beginning in 2027.
